Car Hospital
Privacy policy
This text explains how personal data is handled in Car Hospital ("the game"), and serves as the privacy notice under Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU GDPR. The game does not require an account, does not collect information such as your name or e-mail, and sends no data to us. The only data flow is Google AdMob, used to show ads.
- Controller
- AltuntasTech (Celalettin Berat Altuntaş), Türkiye. Operates as an individual; there is no registered company name or tax number. Contact: iletisim@altuntastech.com.tr.
- Game save
- Your progress (story, money, shop state, settings) is stored only on your device; it is never sent to us or to any server. Deleting the app deletes the save. We do not process this data; it stays on your device.
- Ads (Google AdMob)
- The game shows rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. In doing so Google may process your IP address, device information, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Google collects and processes this data under its own privacy policy; it is not passed to us. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google may transfer data outside Türkiye and the EU/EEA, for example to the United States.
- Legal basis and consent
- In the EU, the UK and other regions that require it, ad data is processed only with your explicit consent; the game shows Google's consent form at launch. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Ad privacy options" button in the game's settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If consent status is unknown, the game does not request ads.
- Children
- The game is suitable for players aged 9 and over (App Store age rating 9+). For players under 13 we do not show personalised ads, do not use the advertising identifier, and request only general-audience (G) rated ads. If you have a question or request about your child's data, write to us.
- Your rights
- Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification and erasure, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to data portability. Because we hold no personal data about you, most requests are directed to Google; write to the contact address and we will reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
- Purchases
- This version contains no in-app purchases.
- Retention
- We store no personal data. Google determines how long ad data is retained.
- Changes
- If a feature that processes data is added to the game, this page is updated and the date at the bottom changes.
